Welcome to the registration form for the 73rd Council Meeting of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA 2022). This form will take you approximately 5-10 minutes.



We are receiving substantial interest from Members and Observers to register for the meeting and we have decided to extend the deadline by 1 week to allow registrations in a timely way.

During the registration process you will have a number of selections to make. Please reviewed all the options available to you to ensure you can make the most of your experience at APAA 2022. 

APAA Members – You will need your member number to proceed with registration. If you do not know your membership number, please contact Recognised Groups direct here.

Observers – Non members who wish to attend the conference for the fist time must firstly qualify as an Observer.

Registration is required to be admitted to the venue and for the participation in all programs of the APAA 2022.
All registrations must be completed on official website. Participants are strongly encouraged to register before July 11, 2022 to take advantage of the discounted registration fees.

- Admission to Technical Sessions and Workshop(AFPs not attend these)
- Excursion and AFP Tours
- All Social Programs(Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception, Culture Night, Farewell Banquet, etc.)
- Coffee Breaks, Lunches(Oct. 16 & 18, 2022)
- Meeting Materials

* Registration will be confirmed upon the receipt of payment.
* Payment in US dollars will ONLY be accepted by the following methods. • Credit Card:
- Participants can pay the registration fees with a credit card. Visa, Master, JCB and AMEX are accepted. • Wire Transfer:
- Payment of standard fees via wire transfer will not be accepted after September 15, 2022.
- All bank charges are to be paid by the registrants and should not be deducted from the total amount remitted.
- A copy of remittance receipt should be emailed to the Secretariat.

All requests for cancellation of registration must be submitted to conference organiser, APAA2022 Secretariat, by email to registration@apaa2022.org.

Substitutions may be made at any time before the Busan Meeting begins, with payment of a handling charge.
Your registration is transferable to another individual who is eligible to attend the Meeting.
All refunds will be made after the Busan Meeting.  Refunds of registration fees in any circumstance not described above shall be at the sole discretion of APAA.
APAA retains full discretion to cancel or postpone the Meeting including by reason of government action, directives from health authorities or unforeseen circumstance that APAA considers will pose a significant risk to the health or safety of registrants.  The extent of APAA’s liability in the event of a cancellation or postponement of the Meeting is a refund of the registration fee less any handling fee.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is highly recommended that you take up a travel policy of your choice. APAA and the Organizing Committee do not take any responsibility for failure of a participant to organize insurance. This insurance should be purchased in your country of origin.

Please note that APAA and the Organizing Committee are not liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or consequential, arising out of cancellation of, participation in, or registration for this Conference. Participation in this Conference and all events organized is at the risk of participants.

To request an invitation letter, please visit ‘My Page’ fill out the Invitation Letter Request Form and upload a copy of your passport. Invitation letter will be sent to the designated participant upon completion of registration along with a full payment. This letter is NOT a commitment of the APAA 2022 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
